Dragons of Elsewhere is Here!
Hey now, Fellow Creatures!
Just wanted to drop by and let you know it’s here! Dragons of Elsewhere is now officially available in the Amazon store and in KDP!
I know, I’m only about a month late since it was actually released, but as the old saying goes, better late than never! Check out the final cover below.
Noah Frase did another amazing job with it. I love the way he took the dragons from the main novella and really made them into something unique and outlandish. The man has a fantastic eye for creature design, something I’ve always really admired about him and why I keep using his fantastic services.
And beneath that cover is 16 stories of strange characters in even stranger worlds. Some places and people you may have met in other stories of mine, but mostly brand spankin’ new and some that might eventually lead to their own novels and series. I’ll not disclose which ones, as speculation is half the fun, but hopefully in the near future I’ll have more info to drop on you all about upcoming projects.
Until then, I hope you’ll pick up a copy and dive in.
The Fantasy Hive
On top of that, the folks over at the Fantasy Hive graciously went out of their way to interview me. You can check it out here.
This was my first ever author interview and they asked amazing questions so it was a ton of fun to do. Take a look and you can see more about my writing style, process, and current projects!
I’ve been reactivated.
My writing motors have been greased and oiled. My creative sensors have been re-calibrated. The on switch has been flipped.
What I’m trying to say is that I haven’t been as diligent as I should be writing over the last two months do major life events (we’re buying a new house and I started a new day job!) However, now that things are starting to settle a little more, I’ve found myself in a groove once more. I’m waking up early and getting some words down before work. I’m sneaking away for a half hour during lunch and getting even more writing done as I wolf down a salad. And all and all, I feel like writing is starting to pick up steam again.
As mentioned in the interview referenced above, I am putting the final touches on the first of a new trilogy called One-Eyed Eben and the Planet Jumping Giant from Outer Space, which I am still planning on releasing later this year. Its sequels, however, may have to wait.
I know in the interview I said I wanted to release all of them at the same time, but I am not satisfied with the quality of the others thus far and feel I still need to do some tremendous work to get them in a publishable state.
So stay tuned. I am hoping to have more updates then.
Other than that, still cranking away at other side projects. Another series. A sequel to the Crumbling Kingdom. An anthology…
Things are happening, fellow creatures, and hopefully there will be more news to share soon.
