Hiatus Update

Howdy there, Fellow Creatures! 

 

It’s been a little while since I’ve said anything on this page and that’s because I’ve been on a scheduled break.

 

After the release of Shadow of the Dragod, finishing my unreleased, stand-alone novel, Under a God-Made Mountain, starting Stone of the Scarred, and getting this new website off the ground, I needed a bit of a hiatus to regroup and recharge. 

 

I’m happy to say I’ve been doing that, focusing on my family, health, and having a little bit of fun. Baldur’s Gate 3, Blue-Eye Samurai, Scavengers Reign, hiking with Casco, coaching my boys’ basketball teams, planning a 2024 trip with Mrs. Elsewhere… 

 

It’s been a good little break to reenergize and get the creative juices flowing, and I’m happy to say it’s working.

 

Strange new worlds are coming together, plot points I’ve struggled with in my head have become unstuck, and I’m chomping at the bit to get back in front of a blank page…

 

But not quite yet. I’ve given myself to February, which is still a couple of weeks away. That should allow enough time to develop more momentum to move forward on a bunch of projects. 

 

So I hope you’ll come back in a month or so as I’ll have more to share.
